Chapter 4 Corrupt Detective Jeff Williams

The Total Fabrication created by Detective Jeff Williams of the White County Sheriffs office Searcy Arkansas

 

This section is going to be quite lengthy and I may break it up into parts so it will be easier to digest and understand exactly how this whole thing was turned from a simple case of self defense, into my son being sent to prison for shooting a crazy person who pulled a gun on us, a crazy person whom Adam disarmed and then he got Adams shotgun and was about to shoot us again and Adam shot him in the knee dropping him from my gun sights as I was pulling the trigger on his head.

Adam saved this guys life twice that day, when he seen him pulling his pistol out the first time all he had to do was shoot him with his shotgun, but he chose to try and disarm him and he did, in the struggle he lost control of his shotgun and now Justin has it and is readying it to shoot us when Adam picks up the pistol from the ground and shoots him in the knee, once again trying to diffuse the situation instead of taking the guys life, later he told us that he didn’t want his ten year old nephew to have to see a man die.

Section 5-2-607 of the Arkansas Code provides that a person is justified in using deadly physical force upon another person if the person reasonably believes: that the other person is committing or about to commit a felony involving force or violence; is using or about to use unlawful deadly physical force; or is imminently endangering the person's life. A person is justified in using physical force upon another person to defend himself or herself or a third person from what the person reasonably believes to be the use or imminent use of unlawful physical force by that other person, and the person may use a degree of force that he or she reasonably believes to be necessary.

What Adam did that day was nothing short of heroic, he not only saved our lives but the life of the nut case who chose to come into our hunt knowing we were armed and then trying to shoot me, it doesn’t make sense what this lunatic did, if Adam had not dropped him at that very moment a fraction of a second later and he would be 6 feet under because I was shooting him in the face.

I Have a counselor I talk to, the hardest thing for me in the beginning was trying to make sense of why someone would do such a thing, her response was that I was trying to rationalize irrational behavior and that it could not be done, what he did that day was totally irrational behavior, he was going through a nasty divorce, he had lost the custody of his kids as the judge didn’t deem him suitable to have custody and maybe he wanted to be killed, he had a death wish or in fact he is just completely insane, he is in fact a habitual LIAR as you will see in the following statements that he has made.

 

I am going to post The incident reports and the Narrative of the case, what makes this a total fabrication is in the fine details that most would over look or never notice, the times and dates of when Jeff Williams of the White County Sheriff’s office, claims took place. In any investigation times and dates are a very important part of how things appear to the educated, what I particularly want you to take note of is the time stamps in the upper right and lower left, On September 2^nd at   1:20 A.M. in the first incident reports we are listed as the victims of the crime which would be correct because we were most definitely the Victims of this crime. On September 19^th at 10:50 a.m. Vivian and I went to the Sheriff’s office to speak to the Sheriff, because the detective would not return my phone calls and I wanted to know why there was nothing being done, only then was Jeff Williams willing to talk to us, I asked him why he would not return my calls or those of my lawyers, to which he replied he was awaiting a call from the lawyer and never answered why he wouldn’t return my call, I asked him what was going on with the case and he informed me that he could not Arrest Justin Yandell for trespassing because he wasn’t on our land, I said he was on our families land and not his land but I actually didn’t care about him being arrested for trespassing I wanted to know why he hadn’t been arrested for attacking us, pulling a gun on me and trying to kill us, Jeff Williams replied because he didn’t have a gun he said he laid it down, I  told him that he not only had one gun but that he had two guns, the pistol he brought and the shotgun he took from Adam and was about to shoot us with when Adam shot him, This pissed Jeff Williams off, he jumped up from his chair causing it to slam back against the wall knocking pictures and things off the wall and he told us to get out of his office he doesn’t have to listen to me, I was very upset and told him you do have to listen to me you are a public servant and I pay your salary, we are the victims of a crime and you are treating us as if we were the criminals, with that said another officer arrived and we were escorted out of the building, I requested a foia for all the information and was denied it as it was an ongoing investigation, later that day September 19^th  at 1:51:59  P. M. as you will see on the dates at the bottom of the pages we went from being the victims to the criminals!

We never got to speak to the Sheriff!

In the Narrative Jeff Williams states he received a phone call on September 4^th from Josh Yandell the brother of Justin Yandell who had been shot in the knee, Josh Yandell had been involved in a shooting with another neighbor two weeks prior to this incident and has since been to court on pulling a gun on another individual since this all happened he claimed that a man named Berry Reynolds had called him and told him he witnessed the entire thing and that Officer Williams should call him, let me give you a short version long version will be later about Berry Reynolds, he tried to steal some land from us unsuccessfully after offering to purchase it from us took us to court and lost then refiled a few years later where I defended us and we won . He is a multiple time convicted felon and child molester and a paid informant for the White County Sheriff’s office, the complete fabricated statement he made and taken by Detective Jeff Williams was dated September3rd 2013 one day before he ever knew he existed as a witness, in fact his police record wasn’t requested until September 20^th the day after I pissed him off which leads me to believe that, none of it existed until after I pissed him off, the pictures show where he was standing did not exist until after this date as well.
